His expertise spans CMC, Operations, Strategic Sourcing and Process development, having contributed to groundbreaking projects and co-inventing patents in viral vector production systems. As the founder of B Squared, Benoit is driven by a mission to support clients in realizing the transformative potential of advanced therapies.

Benoit is known for his hands-on approach, bringing both technical and business acumen to deliver results that drive impact. Outside of his professional life, Benoit is an avid golfer, camper van adventurer, and dedicated family man who brings the same focus and passion to his personal pursuits as he does to his work.
